In late 2022, Eosol acquired Ferumco, a company specializing in aluminum sheet metal, bending, and welding for the construction sector.

With this acquisition, we are taking an important step in the further expansion of our production capacity and services.

Today, this activity forms the basis of our ALUU Sheet Metal and Bending.

From Acquisition to Integration

The acquisition of Ferumco was driven by Eosol’s need for additional space, capacity, and technical expertise. By integrating the two companies, we were able to further strengthen and optimize our production.

Ferumco was fully integrated into Eosol, retaining its know-how and experience while benefiting from a larger team and a stronger organizational structure.
